1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of imitation jewellery and hygiene considerations, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• Wrong product received.
• Damaged product received.
• Defective product received.
• Missing items in the order.

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or worn jewellery.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products purchased during special sales, clearance sales, or promotional offers unless received damaged or defective.
• Returns requested for personal preference, change of mind, or color/design expectations.

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Your request should include:

• Order number.
• Customer name.
• Reason for return.
• videos of the product and unboxing.

Return requests submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.

4. Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Binny Creation.

Once approved, customers will receive return instructions. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another approved method.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

6. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, Binny Creation may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement availability depends on product stock and business discretion.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photos or videos of the issue.
• Do not use or wear the product before reporting the issue.

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

9. Return Shipping

In approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Binny Creation may arrange return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs at its discretion.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs in situations where the return is not due to our error.

10. Refund Rejection

Refunds may be declined if:

• The returned product fails inspection.
• The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.
• The return does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
